Larry might be one of the most genuine and likable individuals you will ever meet. As opposed to an agent who is looking at you like a paycheck, Larry takes an approach of really seeking to help his clients. He is knowledgeable about real estate and will communicate his understanding of the industry, but oddly enough he will listen to your opinion. This may not sound like much, but with most real estate agents out there spewing their opinion just to get a sale, it was pretty jarring to have an agent that will actually listen to what you think and what you want.

He is a great person, knows the industry, does well at negotiations, and is ridiculously fast and responsive to client communications. There's seriously not a lot more you could ask for in an agent. We recommend him to everybody we meet.
